Our Story

SimplySIPs was ‘born’ in 2014 when our director was working from home and realised that his third bedroom just was not big enough to use as an office. He then did a google search to find out what the alternatives were and felt HORRIFIED at what some garden studios cost! He was not in a position to spend in excess of £25,000 on an (albeit great looking) studio, it was almost cheaper to build a house!

SimplySIPs now operates across three separate units located in a small town in South Lincolnshire, where we manufacture and supply SIP Panels and Bespoke SIP Kits.

Main Factory and Office

Here at our main unit in Bourne, you will find our office, along with the factory where all our SIP Panels are manufactured. We always welcome customers to pop in to discuss their ideas and take a look at how the SIP panels are made before purchasing.

Store

After the manufacturing process, all our SIP Panels are taken to our local storage unit. Should you wish to collect your SIPs order from us, we will arrange a collection slot on receipt of deposit, and once you have arrived at our main unit, our friendly staff will take you down to our store, where they will help load your vehicle.

Kit Factory

Lastly, our third unit is our kit factory, where all of our custom-made SIPs Kits are manufactured and built by our dedicated and hardworking team.

If you are interested in purchasing one of our SIPs Kits, and decide to pop in for a visit, we will be more than happy to take you for a tour around our factory, and our team will always answer any questions or queries you may have.

Please note, our opening hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
