SimplySIPS offered exactly what we were after, a base kit which we could build upon for our own setup. Right from contacting them, through to delivery, the service has been excellent. We worked together to get the design how we wanted it and the cost was very good compared to others.
On delivery day (All agreed with you) there own driver delivers the kit to site, helps you unload and goes through how to put the kit together with lots of tips for different stages. They are happy to stick around to help you get started, or leave you to it. Written instructions are also good to refer back too, but with things labelled, it's just really very easy.
From the kit being delivered at 09:30 in the morning, we had the roof on (Two to three people) by 21:30 that night.
Would certainly recommend them to anyone else looking for a garden room, especially a well insulated one.

I ordered a large batch of SIP panels from Simply Sips to build a 10 m x 3.6 m office. I’m about three-quarters through the build now and all the panel work is complete.
This has been a one-man project from the start. Thousands of screws and litres of glue later, the structure is rock solid. I set the whole thing on ground screws – hired the machine and fitted them myself. The job was made trickier by rocky and sandy ground conditions, but it held firm in the end. On top of that I built a 4x2 timber frame for the floor deck, so I’ve got a proper insulated floor to start from.
The walls went up well and the roof was manageable too. Each roof section is 600 mm wide, and I joined them together to create lengths over 4 m to fit my build. With a bit of technique they can still be handled solo, although realistically I wouldn’t recommend attempting a build of this scale alone. I reinforced the roof with plenty of 3x2 treated timber, and I’ve walked all over it without a problem – it’s rock steady. I also added extra timber where needed for both roof and floor strength.
I’m now at the EPDM stage, still working alone, and everything has gone together exactly as planned.
I’m no professional - just a guy having a bash

Great experience with simply sips - great email comms with the team during design phase taking a very scrappy outline I sent and sending over a 3d design, talking me through how to get the base set up correctly and talking me through the process. We opted for the team to construct the garden room for us, they were great - turned up when they said, super clean and efficient and the building itself looks great quality. Overall very pleased and would recommend!

Great experience with simply sips - great email comms with the team during design phase taking a very scrappy outline I sent and sending over a 3d design, talking me through how to get the base set up correctly and talking me through the process. We opted for the team to construct the garden room for us, they were great - turned up when they said, super clean and efficient and the building itself looks great quality. Overall very pleased and would recommend!

We had a great design and prompt cabin with really helpful delivery man. Very helpful on the phone with a few questions we had. Altogether I couldn't imagine a better service and my neighbour now has a terrific insulated cabin which is so much better than any insulated shed could be.

Simply SIPS were fantastic from start to finish. Whilst designing the building, Emma and Georgia were really helpful, answering any queries I had, making helpful suggestions and always responding quickly. Delivery was booked in advance (needed to wait until foundations prepared) and was then delivered as planned. Tony the delivery driver was also very helpful, talking through all the parts and how to assembly it. Assembly was straight forward, although a minor niggle is the instructions could be clearer and they contradicted some of the info on the drawings (ie where to apply the glue). However, a quick phone call and it was quickly clarified to allow the build to continue. The structure went up in less than 2 days. Thanks again for all your help.

Now finished and couldn't be happier with my garden room. Took a couple of months of hard work but was definitely worth it. Lovely and warm with the insulated SIP panels.
5 days into my summerhouse build. Glad I'm glad I've gone for sips panels for construction. Theyve been great. Good delivery/unload and good communication throughout.
The wall panels are are fairly heavy. One man could potentially be enough but safer to use 2 men when handling.
Looking forwards to getting my summer house finished and getting some use out of it.

We settled on a 4.8m by 3.0m kit, specifically for use as a yoga studio, and felt the price was just right. Tony delivered it, and over a cuppa and a Tunnocks, he gave us a mine of info that we used.
All in all, a great experience.

Needed a quick solution to an office in our warehouse. The team at Simply SIPs were fantastic, from the first call discussing our project to delivery everything was spot on. Will 100% use again.
If you are half inclined, just go for it. I bought a 3n x 3m garden room kit with an additional window. The advice and interaction whilst researching was brilliant, the prices are excellent, and pickup from the site was efficient and helpful. The extra build tips given at this time were invaluable.
The kit was assembled and covered in membrane in 12 hours by two 70-year-old gits, (we offloaded the kit between the two of us using ratchet straps around the panels to hold on to as they are a bit heavy and awkward to manoeuvre). This is a very doable project. The instructions and diagrams are concise but clear and more than adequate.

Despite a very early start to get to our property, they worked tirelessly and were exceedingly polite and diligent in their efforts. They showed great attention to detail and answered questions fully when we asked them anything.

Just received 19 x 8ft x 4ft 97mm panels. Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful and friendly. Delivery was on time, Luke the driver was pleasant and friendly, Emma, Klare and Sim were very helpful and friendly, oh, and patient! (Are you getting the theme yet?).
I am no technical expert so check the insulation stats yourself, but my experience has been very, very good.

I was recommended to SimplySips by a friend and I first connected with them on eBay where Sim’s ‘item description’ was enough to convince me that he knew what he was talking about, and I felt comfortable approaching him with my naive construction questions. Bought a SIPs building for self-assembly in early 2019. Very reasonable, helped customise with repeated redesigns, gave full instructions and guidance for tools and parts, and for achieving the goal as cheaply as possible. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.
Every question and request was answered so pleasantly and helpfully that when I arrived to collect my order I wasn’t surprised to find the office staff very friendly as were the two guys who were making up panels who I met and spoke to when I arrived. They also answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction.
I can recommend SimplySIPS, I used them to build the walls and roof on our gym/workshop. The temperature does not fluctuate wildly with these panels.
