These are our 2440mm x 610mm x 97mm Floor/Roof SIP Panels, all of which are rebated to a depth of 100mm on the sides and 50mm on the ends.
This is so they can be fitted with 2 x timbers and a jointing spline between each join, as this offers better structural stability.
These SIP panels consist of 2 no. 11mm OSB3 sheets, adhered to 75mm of High-Performance EPS. We use High-Performance EPS, as it gives a better thermal performance as opposed to standard EPS.
Our Floor/Roof panels can be joined end-on-end for spans over 2.44m and up to 4.88m.

Description
We do keep a number of SIP panels in stock for immediate collection, if required.
Alternatively, we can deliver all over the UK, using our own vehicles and drivers, who offer support and advise on delivery. If you would like a quote for delivery, please provide us with a postcode and we would be happy to confirm the cost.
Please note, Our SIP panels are not compliant with building regulations, so we tend to stick with outside structures under permitted development, for example: Garden Studios, Garden Rooms, Garden Offices, etc.
To place an order for straight uncut SIP Panels and Jointing Splines, please send the following to info@simplysips.co.uk:
- List the amounts and sizes of SIP panels and/or jointing splines you require
- Provide a full invoice name and address
- Provide a full delivery address (if required)
- Provide a contact number
We will then raise an invoice, which will show the payment details and 40% deposit amount. Once we have received your deposit, we will book you in the next available week commencing slot for delivery.
