This is a 3.66m x 3.66m (12ft x 12ft) SIPs Panel Kit in 97mm thickness Floor, Walls and Roof Panels with 1 opening reveal.
Within this kit, you will get the following:
• All SIP panels, jointing splines and timbers, cut and ready to construct.
• All openings cut and timber lined ready to install your doors and windows.
• Full assembly instructions to construct your studio.
Please note, all our kits are bespoke, meaning the opening dimensions and position can be amended to your requirements.

If you can’t find a suitable footprint size on our website, please email us a rough pencil sketch showing the following details: footprint size, opening dimensions and positions, overall height, and whether you would like a small front overhang.
We will then produce you a FREE, No obligation, Bespoke 3D Design and Full Quotation.
As all our SIPs Kits are custom made to order, we initially ask you for to send a rough pencil sketch showing the following details to info@simplysips.co.uk:
- Footprint sizes
- Overall height (standard 2.5m to be under permitted development)
- Opening sizes and positions
- And, whether you would like a small front roof overhang.
We will then produce a bespoke 3D design for you to look over, and once happy, we will provide a quotation showing the kit price along with the prices of all the optional extras we supply.
Once you are ready to place an order, we would ask you to confirm the following details in an email:
- List the parts of the quotation which you would like to order
- Full invoice name and address
- Full delivery address
- Contact number
We will then raise an invoice, which will show the payment details and 40% deposit amount. Once we have received your deposit, we will book you in the next available week commencing slot for delivery.
