These are our 2440mm x 610mm x 122mm Roof SIP Panels, all of which are rebated to a depth of 100mm on the sides and 50mm on the ends. This is so they can be fitted with 2 x timbers and a jointing spline between each join.
These SIP panels consist of 2 no. 11mm OSB3 sheets, adhered to 100mm of High-Performance EPS. We use High-Performance EPS, as it gives a better thermal performance as opposed to standard EPS.

Description
We do keep a number of SIP panels in stock for collection, if required.
Alternatively, we do offer UK wide delivery, using all our own vehicles and drivers, who offer support and advice on delivery. If you would like a quote for delivery, please provide us with a postcode and we would be happy to confirm the cost.
Please note, Our SIP panels are not compliant with building regulations, so we tend to stick with outside structures under permitted development, for example: Garden Studios, Garden Rooms, Garden Offices, etc.
To place an order for straight uncut SIP Panels and Jointing Splines, please send the following to info@simplysips.co.uk:
- List the amounts and sizes of SIP panels and/or jointing splines you require
- Full invoice name and address
- Full delivery address (if required)
- Contact number
We will then raise an invoice, which will show the payment details and deposit amount. Once we have received your deposit, we will book you in the next available week commencing slot for delivery.

- All Our Prices Are Inclusive of VAT.
- A 40% deposit is required to place your order, the remaining 60% is due on the day of collection/delivery.
- Payment is via Bank Transfer, however we do have the option to pay via PayPal should you prefer.
- We work on a first comes first served basis and cannot confirm a week commencing delivery slot until deposit has been received.
- Delivery is to roadside location (kerb-side service), subject to acceptable access and parking.
- 20% Restock Charge for returned Panels and Splines + Collection charge (if we collect)
- Our SIP Panels are not compliant with Building Regulations and cannot be used for accommodation purposes.
