Our Fixing Kit

As one of the optional extras for our bespoke SIPs Kits, we do offer a fixing kit.

This will be supplied on delivery of your kit, ensuring you have everything you need to construct your studio straight away.

All our kits come with full assembly instructions on delivery, which are specific to your bespoke design. Should you choose not to order our fixing kit, your instructions pack will include a list of everything you will need to purchase yourself, in order to construct your studio.

The items included in our fixing kits are as follows:

Variety Of Screws And Nails

Screw sizes include 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm and 180mm, however the screw sizes you recieve may vary depending on the wall panel thickness and whether your design includes a SIPs floor/roof. Your assembly instructions will indicate where to use each of these.

Adhesive

This is to be used wherever there is a jointing spline, as well as on top of the soleplate before fitting your wall panels.

Lorry/Ratchet Straps

These should be used to pull the SIPs Kit altogether, enabling you to check the studio is all vertical and square before screwing everything into place.

DPM Plastic Sheet

This can be used as a temporary cover until your studio is fully finished (i.e. cladding, EPDM roof membrane and your doors/windows are fitted), as shown in the image below.
