EPDM Roof Kit
Alongside our Custom-made SIPs Kits, we do offer a list of optional extras which you can choose whether or not to purchase; One of these being an EPDM Roof Kit.
Once the rest of your external finishes have been fitted (breathable membrane, battens and cladding), you will then need to fit an EPDM roof membrane to protect the roof panels and complete the exterior of your new garden studio.
Please note, the EPDM roof kit is supply only, meaning it is shipped straight from our supplier and delivered to your door.
We will always aim for delivery on the same day as your SIPs kit, however sometimes it can arrive a day early or a day later. It may also be delivered in multiple packages.
Whats Included in the EPDM Roof Kit
The EPDM roof kit will include the rubber membrane, adhesive, edge trims, corner trims and gutter edge trims, along with all the fixings.

Fitting EPDM with Overhangs
We do not tend to recommend having side or rear overhnags on your studio as this can actually make cladding much more difficult. It is better to run the cladding to the top of your roof, the EPDM then goes over the edge, and the trims are added to finish off.
If you choose to include a front overhang on your studio, you will need to source cladding or fascia board to protect the underside of the overhang.
